Abstract:

To provide an operation control method for a linear compressor capable of securing reliability to problems caused by overload by regulating inner temperature of a refrigerator to correct temperature, and preventing collision phenomenon of a piston with a discharge valve.

This operation control device for a linear compressor is composed of a second microcomputer 53 to output a control signal in accordance with temperature states detected by a surrounding temperature sensor part 51 to detect surrounding temperature outside the refrigerator and a temperature detecting part 52 to detect the inner temperature of the refrigerator, a load drive part 54 to receive input of an ON/OFF control signal from the second microcomputer 53 to drive the linear compressor for outputting a drive signal to the linear compressor, a relay Ry1 switched by the drive signal to feed AC power to a motor of a linear compression part L.COMP, and a power source part 48 to convert the AC power into DC power to be fed to each device inside the linear compressor.
