To provide an operation control method for an electromagnetic drive mechanism capable of high-speed repetitive operation.
This operation control method for the electromagnetic drive mechanism 1 comprises a process of applying attraction voltage to a solenoid 4 to attract a lever 3 with the solenoid 4, a process of applying holding voltage to the solenoid 4 to hold the lever 3 with the solenoid 4, and a process of shutting off voltage application to the solenoid 4 to return the lever 3 with a spring 5a. Before the attraction process, previously exciting voltage is applied to the solenoid 4. Otherwise, in the attraction process after the attraction voltage is applied to the solenoid 4, it is shut down. Thus, the response of the electromagnetic drive mechanism 1 can be improved, and vibration upon completion of attraction process can be restrained.
