To provide a method for reducing a content of a carbon particle in a reformed gas in a gasification reforming method for a waste.
In the operation control method of the gasification reforming facility for a plastic-containing waste, the waste containing 30 wt.% or more of plastics is thermally decomposed, gasified and melted in a vertical type decomposition furnace, the generated gas is reformed by a water vapor in a gas reforming space provided on an upper part of a stock line of the waste in the vertical type decomposition furnace, and after the gas after reforming is quenched by washing water in a quenching/washing apparatus, it is purified and utilized as a fuel gas. A free board outlet gas temperature is made to 1,000C or higher, water or a water vapor is charged to the generated gas to reform it, and a moisture content in the reformed gas becomes 33 vol.% or higher. A staying time at a leeboard part of the reformed gas is made to 1.5 seconds or longer.
