To prevent a useless operation from being executed after attaining a desired dry state of a garbage by detecting a temp. of an inner wall of a treating tank with a temp. sensor and stopping a heating means with a controller when the detected value reaches a completion set value.
The temp. of the inner wall becoming almost equal with the temp. of an inside of the treating tank 25 is measured with the temp. sensor 2 detecting the temp. of the inner wall 23 of the treating tank 25, and a driving motor 28, blower 31, a deodorizing heater 23 and a cooling fan 35 other than a heating heater 24 are properly actuated with the controller 4. Then the operations of these are stopped automatically when the temp. of the inner wall 23 of the treating tank detected with the temp. sensor 2 reaches the prescribed completion set value after an progress of the operation. In this way, the useless operation is prevented and the reduction of running cost and energy saving are attained.
