PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine, with high accuracy, that a person seen in an image has taken an object in his hands.SOLUTION: An information processing device 2 acquires the data of an image 10 captured by an image-capturing device 1, a distance per pixel between a subject seen in the image 10 and the image-capturing device 1, coordinates, on the image 10, of a wrist 11a of a person 11 seen in the image 10, and a distance between the coordinates and the image-capturing device 1. The information processing device 2 extracts, from the image 10, a pixel group 15 in which the coordinates are included in a prescribed distance range 14 that includes the coordinates of the wrist 11a and the distance is included in the prescribed distance range that includes the position of the wrist 11a. The information processing device 2 determines whether the person 11 has taken an object 12 in his hands on the basis of a percentage of pixels having a specific hue feature amount in the extracted pixel group 15.
