Abstract:
To provide an operation improvement assisting technique for preparing targets of operation improvement and an action program for achieving the targets, and easily and efficiently executing the operation improvement.
Target value data on the operation improvement of a department and program detail data for achieving this are received. The value data and the detail data are stored in a database. When operation completion data is received from the department, an improvement value of the operation improvement is calculated based on the completion data and on the value data.
