Abstract:
To provide an operation management system useful for reducing the cargo waiting time in each vehicle which transports cargo.SOLUTION: There are provided: an on-vehicle unit 11 that can be mounted on a vehicle 10; a server 20 which manages operation states of vehicles; an office PC 31 that can be used by a transportation business operator: and a cargo owner PC 41 that can be used by a cargo owner. The server 20 detects, from a notification from the on-vehicle unit 11, that a vehicle has arrived at a cargo owner area and has shifted to a cargo waiting state, and notifies each of the office PC 31 and the cargo owner PC 41 about information 21 on the cargo waiting state. When the server 20 receives cargo waiting release information from the on-vehicle unit 11, the server notifies each of the office PC 31 and the cargo owner PC 41 about the cargo waiting release. When the server 20 receives cargo waiting release information from the cargo owner PC 41, the server notifies each of the on-vehicle unit 11 and the office PC 31 about the cargo waiting release.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
