Operation mode is changed over to a parameter setting mode for changing over the operation or the function of the appliance by the mode changeover operation means 4 and the mode changeover operation decision means 5, a parameter of a target is selected by the mode selection operation means 6, and a set value of the target parameter can be changed by the mode set value change means. Thereby, when the operation or the function requiring the changeover of an appliance body increases, a parameter setting item can be added without providing an additional switch.
