Abstract:
PURPOSE:To complete the starting operation in a short time without generating an excessive thermal stress, etc., by opening a low pressure steam reducing valve so that the mixing part pressure does not increase over the low-pressure steam pressure in the valve opening process for a high-pressure steam reducing valve. CONSTITUTION:In the operating method for a steam reducing valve for starting a combined cycle power generating plant, the rise of the internal pressure in a steam turbine 3 on the upstream of a mixing pressure part is prevented by opening a high-pressure steam reducing valve 8 previously to a low pressure steam reducing valve 9. Therefore, the trouble of generation of an excessive thermal stress in the steam turbine 3 is prevented. Then, in the process where the high pressure reducing valve 8 is opened, opening the low pressure steam reducing valve 9 is started before the pressure in the mixing pressure part exceeds the low pressure steam pressure, and the low pressure steam pressure is increased over the pressure of the mixing pressure part afterwards. Therefore, the counterflow of the mixing pressure part steam into the low pressure steam reducing valve 9 can be prevented, and the excessive steam is introduced into the steam turbine 3 without waste in a short time, and work is executed.
