Abstract:
To provide a new technology to achieve accurate image acquisition and reduce an influence on measurement with simple control even when a movement of an eye to be examined, etc. occur during tracking control.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: an optical system including an optical scanner; a movement mechanism; an image acquisition unit for acquiring an image of an eye to be examined; an abnormality detection unit for detecting an abnormality on the basis of a reference image and the image of the eye to be examined; an alignment control unit for executing positioning of the optical system when an abnormality is detected; a scan control unit for causing a first scan or a second scan to be re-executed from a starting position of the first scan being executed for the eye to be examined or the second scan executed before the first scan, after the positioning is completed; and a tracking control unit for controlling the movement mechanism on the basis of the reference image and the image of the eye to be examined when an abnormality is not detected. An image of the eye to be examined is re-acquired after the first scan or the second scan is re-executed, and an abnormality is detected by using the re-acquired image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
