To manufacture an optical component in a relatively short time by preventing the occurrence of foams.
The optical component is manufactured by sticking together two optical materials. A silane coupling agent is first applied to a dielectric laminated film deposited by evaporation on one surface of the one optical material and an adhesive is applied thereon, then the one surface of the other optical material is stuck onto the adhesive. The adhesive is a hydrocarbon-based resin containing an amine as a hardener. The optical component obtained by sticking together the two optical materials is successively provided with the dielectric laminated film, the silane coupling agent and the adhesive in the form of the three layers between the two optical materials.
