Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize a novel optical device having ≥1 desired wedge shapes.
CONSTITUTION: Mold transfer to the surface of a transfer material 11 is executed by using a matrix 12 having ≥1 projecting shapes 19 corresponding to a desired wedge shape to form the layer of the transfer material 11 having ≥1 transfer wedge shapes meeting the projecting shape of the matrix on the surface of a device material 10. The transfer material 11 and the device material 10 are subjected to anisotropic dry etching, thereby, ≥1 transfer wedge shapes are engraved and copied on the device material 10 and ≥1 desired wedge shapes are formed on the device material.
