Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent copying with an optical disk in which a region only for reproducing information and a region capable of recording and reproduction mixedly exist, and an optical disk device.
CONSTITUTION: This optical disk 10 has a track 13 only for reproduction with disk discriminating information recorded beforehand at a position different from the position of a region only for reproducing information (ROM region) 11 and that of a region capable of recording and reproduction (RAM region) 12. The position of the track 13 is at the outside of a region capable of recording or reproduction with an existing optical disk device.
