Provided are a plurality of etalon resonators that each have three or more light transmission layers which are equal in the value of the product of a refractive index and a thickness and transmit light and a plurality of partial reflection layers which are arranged alternately with the light transmission layers and have a specified reflection factor, or have light transmission layers which are equal in the value of the product of a refractive index and a thickness and transmit light and a partial reflection layer which is joined with two surface of a light transmission layer and has a specified reflection factor; and the etalon resonators are arranged in series so that the value of the product of the refractive index of air and the interval of the etalon resonators is equal to the value of the product of the refractive index and thickness of the light transmission layers.
