Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element apparatus having small variation in characteristics for each microlens which constitutes a microlens array, an optical writing head including the optical element apparatus, an image formation apparatus including the optical writing head, and a manufacturing method of an optical element chip.SOLUTION: An LED array apparatus 100 comprises: an LED array chip 110 having a substrate 111, an LED array 114, and a microlens array 115; and an LED array chip 120 having a substrate 121, an LED array 124, and a microlens array 125. The substrate 111 and the substrate 121 are disposed so as to be adjacent to each other. A microlens 113 disposed closest to the substrate 121 comprises a projection 113a projecting from an end side 111b, which faces the substrate 121, of the substrate 111 toward the substrate 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
