Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the optical equipment which has the compact zoom lens with long focus and high power by providing the cam of a collapsible cam member with a collapsible cam area and a zoom area for rotating a zoom cam ring. CONSTITUTION:A zoom cam groove 8b for driving the zoom cam ring 14, a 2nd-group cam groove 8c for driving a two-group cylinder 16, and a parallel cam groove 8d are formed in a collapsible cam ring 8 which is held rotatably on a fixed cylinder 7. Namely, the equipment has a collapsible cam member 8 which performs collapsing operation, a zoom cam member 4 which performs zoom operation, and a driving means which drives the collapsible cam member 8. The cam of the collapsible cam member 8 is provided with the collapsible cam area for moving the zoom cam member 14 in the direction of the optical axis and the zoom area for rotating the zoom member 14. Therefore, the collapsing operation and zoom operation are performed in series by the single driving means.
