PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber fault specification system that can reduce the time required for specifying a fault in an optical fiber cable.SOLUTION: An optical fiber fault specification system comprises: an optical pulse reflectometer 2 that detects the distance from one end to a fault of an optical fiber cable 10; a fault position specification device 3 that specifies the geographical location and height of the fault on the basis of the distance to the fault; and a fault display device 4 that, when the fault is within an imaging range of a camera 42, displays, on a display part 43, an image showing an icon indicating the failure at a position corresponding to the image picked up by the camera 42 on the basis of information on the geographical position and height of the failure and information on the geographical position, height, and attitude of the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
