To protect a transparent conductive thin film from the atmosphere without sticking any protection film on it by sticking a transparent conductive thin film to a transparent support base body with the transparent conductive thin film layer arranged on the transparent support base body side.
A transparent conductive thin film 30 is stuck to a transparent support base body 10 via an adhesive material layer 20. The thin film 30 is constructed of a transparent base body film 40 and a transparent conductive thin film layer 50 formed on it, and they are stuck to each other with the thin film layer 50 arranged on the base body 10 side. The thin film 30 is stuck via the adhesive material layer 20 with its outer circumference part protruded from the outer circumference of the base body 10. In each of the four sides of the base body 10, an electrode 60 shaped into a band shape is formed in an exposed part in the outer circumference part of the thin film layer 50.
