To provide optical fixing toner for obtaining a fixed image with satisfactory rubfastness, suppressing bonding failure between the fixed image and an adhesive, and suppressing the fixed image from being transferred when removing a portion (bonded part) bonded by the adhesive.
This optical fixing toner contains a polyester resin and a vinyl resin grafted with a polyolefin, as a binding resin, a coloring agent, a polyethylene wax, an infrared absorbent, and a petroleum resin, and satisfies Expression (1): 1(220)2(220) and Expression (2): 2(160)3(160), wherein "1(220)" represents a melt viscosity of the petroleum resin at 220C, "2(160)" and "2(220)" represent respectively melt viscosities of the polyethylene wax at 160C and 220C, and "3(160)" represents a melt viscosity of the vinyl resin grafted with the polyolefin at 160C.
