Title:
OPTICAL MEMBER AND ORGANIC VAPOR-DEPOSITED FILM FOR OPTICAL MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3893329
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member which not only has excellent antireflection properties, such as small reflectivity and high transmittance, but has an excellent impact resistance, adhesion properties, heat resistance, wear resistance, and alkali resistance on a plastic base material and has good productivity as well.
SOLUTION: The optical member has a plastic base material and multilayered antireflection films composed of inorganic vapor-deposited films and organic vapor-deposited films, in which the organic vapor-deposited films are formed by using an organic silicon compound and a silicon non-containing organic compound essentially consisting of carbon and hydrogen as raw materials for vapor deposition.
