PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the tilt of a lens holder to which an object lens is attached.
SOLUTION: A lens holder 14 to which an object lens 13 is attached is supported by each one end of four suspension wires 15, and each other end of the four suspension wires 15 is supported freely swinging at a suspension part 11e provided on an optical base 11. When the tilt angle of the lens holder 14 is adjusted so that the light axis K of the object lens 13 assumes an almost vertical posture relative to a signal plane of an optical disk, each other end of the four suspension wires 15 is previously supported at the upper and lower parts of left and right sides of the suspension part 11e, and then each one end of the four suspension wires 15 is joined by soldering at each tip part end plane 14d1 of four conductive terminals 14d provided so as to protrude upward and downward from the left and right sides of the lens holder 14 so that the light axis K of the object lens 13 assumes an almost vertical posture relative to the signal plane of the optical disk.
