Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment of coinciding optical axes of laser pulse and to expand the degree of freedom for the controllability of a laser pulse waveform.
SOLUTION: In the delay loop formed by each reflection mirror 11-13 and a beam splitter 10, an afocal optical system 14 is arranged using a beam splitter 10 face, which is the branch point and resynthesized point of a laser pulse, as an object face and an image-forming face, and also, two areas with a spatially different reflectance are formed in the beam splitter 10.
