The optical radiation pressure measuring device, the resonance frequency regulating method, the aperture diameter inspection device and the near field microscope provided with the aperture diameter inspection device utilize that a frequency characteristic of the resonance body is changed by the optical radiation pressure P when incident light 18 is irradiated on a reflecting means 64 provided on the resonance body.
