Abstract:

To provide an optical radiation pressure measuring device capable of easily and accurately measuring an optical radiation pressure, a resonance frequency regulating method capable of easily adjusting a resonance frequency of a resonance body, an aperture diameter inspection device evaluating a minute aperture of the resonance body, and a near field microscope provided with the aperture diameter inspection device.

The optical radiation pressure measuring device, the resonance frequency regulating method, the aperture diameter inspection device and the near field microscope provided with the aperture diameter inspection device utilize that a frequency characteristic of the resonance body is changed by the optical radiation pressure P when incident light 18 is irradiated on a reflecting means 64 provided on the resonance body.
