Title:
OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07121908
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To achieve higher workability in a production process while reducing noises by blending an adhesive with conducting fine particles with the particle size thereof below a specified value to prevent foreign matters such as dust from adhering as caused by static electricity.

CONSTITUTION: An optical recording layer 3 is formed on a transparent substrate 1 having a pregroup 2 on the surface thereof and a protective substrate 5 is stuck thereon through a hot melt type adhesive 4 containing conducting fine particles 6 with the particle size below 0.3m beforehand. In this manner, the hot melt type adhesive is blended with the conducting fine particles with the particle size below 0.3m to prevent foreign matters such as dust from adhering as caused by static electricity. With the particle size of the conducting fine particles blended below 0.3m, noises in characteristic of reproduced signals owing to dust and blends can be reduced as much as possible thereby enabling the obtaining of a high performance optical recording medium while achieving an improving of workability remarkably in the production process.
