PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the layout precision of a piezoelectric element to a ferrule.SOLUTION: An optical scanning actuator 21 includes: an optical fiber 11 which guides light from a light source; a ferrule 29 which has a through-hole 29a holding an emitting end 11a of light from light sources 33R, 33G, and 33B so as to vibrate while inserting the optical fiber thereinto, and is provided with one or more steps 201a, 202a, 203a, and 204a on side surfaces 201-204; and piezoelectric elements 71-74 whose positions are regulated by the one or more steps, and which are adhered to the side surfaces of the ferrule.
