PURPOSE: To obtain an optoelectronic integrated circuit to be stably driven by a single voltage power supply.
CONSTITUTION: The optoelectronic integrated circuit is provided with a power supply filtering circuit (R6', CP, Q5, R7) having three external connecting terminals, i.e., power supply voltage supplying terminals VCC, VEE and a signal output terminal Vo and allowed to be driven by single power supply voltage supplied to the terminals VCC, VEE and an amplifier circuit (D1 to D5, Q1 to Q4, Rf, Cf). Since the power supply filtering circuit has high impedance against the terminal VCC and low impedance against a PIN photodiode PD, a sufficiently enough current can be supplied without exerting the influence of the power supply voltage variation of the terminal VCC upon the PIN photodiode PD. In the amplifier circuit, a photocurrent IPD generated from the photodiode PD is converted into voltage by the transistor(TR) Q1, the voltage is amplified, power is amplified by TRs Q3, Q4, and the amplified power is outputted to the terminal Vo as a voltage signal.
