Abstract:
To provide an oral cavity cleaning tool capable of executing effective and efficient cleaning with a low rink of damaging mucous membrane of an oral cavity when a care-giver or the like cleans the oral cavity of an elderly person or the like.SOLUTION: An oral cavity cleaning tool equipped with a housing part having a light source and a head part having a sponge brush is capable of irradiating the vicinity of the sponge brush with light derived from the light source. In the oral cavity cleaning tool, the sponge brush is provided at one end of a rod part, an end part on the opposite side is connected to the housing part, and a light irradiation part is provided in the vicinity of the sponge brush of the rod part. The light source is provided inside the housing part. The light from the light source is made incident to the end part on a housing part side of the rod part, and radiated from the light irradiation part through the inside of the rod part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
