To provide an aid for intrabuccal X-ray photography allowing a photographing person to correctly and speedily perform the X-ray photography of an affected region.

The aid 1 for intrabuccal X-ray photography including: an adaptor part to be detachably mounted in an X-ray irradiation part 40 of an X-ray generator 4; a support arm 20 extending from the adaptor part in the direction of X-ray irradiation; and a film holder disposed at the distal end of the support arm 20 to detachably hold an X-ray film for receiving X-rays emitted from the X-ray generator 4. In the aid 1, an aim marker to be saved from an X-ray passage route 35 is arranged on the passage route 35 of the X-ray to be emitted from the X-ray generator.
