A commodity order reception center 103 having server devices 17, 18 communicably connected to a store terminal 20 provided in the station store wherein the train stops and a portable terminal 10 used by the passenger of the train is made to hold information showing relation between the commodity of the station store and a vehicle wherein the commodity is advertised 19. The commodity order reception center notifies the portable terminal about the commodity advertised in the vehicle designated from the portable terminal, and notifies the store terminal about an order for the commodity designated from the portable terminal to the notification. The store terminal records the order notified from the commodity order reception center.
