Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a light-emitting part of an organic EL element inconspicuous.SOLUTION: A light-emitting display portion 16 (an organic EL element) includes a transparent substrate 27, a positive electrode layer 31, an insulation layer 40, an organic layer 45, and a negative electrode layer 50. The positive electrode layer 31 is laminated on a top surface of the transparent substrate 27. The insulation layer 40 is laminated on an outer edge 31S of the positive electrode layer 31. The organic layer 45 is laminated on a top surface of the positive electrode layer 31 on which at least the insulation layer 40 is not laminated. The negative electrode layer 50 is laminated on the organic layer 45 while at least a part of the negative electrode layer 50 is protruded from an outer edge 45S of the organic layer 45 and is also laminated on the insulation layer 40. The insulation layer 40 has transparency and is so formed as to protrude to the outside from an outer edge 50S of the negative electrode layer 50.
