PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent (EL) device capable of suppressing luminance nonuniformity on an organic EL panel that is added to a portion in a curved surface shape.SOLUTION: An organic EL device 10 comprises: a flexible organic EL panel 1 including a first electrode 21 with a first terminal 21a, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode 22 with a second terminal 22a; a base member 5 including an additional region that can be added while arranging one or two or more organic EL panels 1 side by side; and a wiring member 3 including a first elastic conductor 41 and a second elastic conductor 42 supplying power to the light-emitting layer via the first terminal 21a and the second terminal 22a. The additional region of the base member 5 includes a curved surface part 53 that is formed in a curved surface shape. The organic EL panel 1 is added to the additional region including the curved surface part 53, the first elastic conductor 41 is adhered onto a surface of the first terminal 21a, and the second elastic conductor 42 is adhered onto a surface of the second terminal 22a.
