Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thinner sheet-shaped organic EL display device.
SOLUTION: The organic EL display device comprises a substrate (51) serving as both a protection layer preventing inward permeation of moisture and oxygen and a film supporting layer, a stack formed on a foundation layer (13) including a thin film circuit layer (20) carrying an electric circuit, and an organic EL light-emitting layer (30) carrying an organic EL light emitter, and an adhesion layer (41) jointing the stack and the substrate. The organic EL light emitter emits light toward the foundation layer (13). By the above, the thin organic EL display device can be obtained.
