SOLUTION: An insertion unit Uc for receiving and delivering photographic printing paper P to introduction rollers 28 of a development block De is composed of three drive type rollers comprising first, second and third conveyance rollers Rc1, Rc2, Rc3. The first and second conveyance rollers Rc1, Rc2 are provided with one-way clutches 95 so as to permit transfer of the photographic printing paper P at a higher speed than a drive speed, and power of the third conveyance rollers Rc3 to press-convey the photographic printing paper P is set lower than power of the introduction rollers 28 to press-convey the photographic printing paper P.
