Abstract:
To reduce a driving voltage of an organic light-emitting diode, and improve a light emission efficiency and a light emission lifetime.SOLUTION: A light emission material layer positioned between two electrodes contains a first chemical compound in which boron and oxygen form a condensed ring, and a second chemical compound forming boron and nitrogen form the condensed ring.
