To provide an organic light-emitting display device.
An organic light-emitting display device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of thin film transistors formed on the substrate; a planarization film covering the plural thin film transistors; a plurality of via holes penetrating the planarization film and exposing any one of source and drain electrodes of the plural thin film transistors; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the planarization film and electrically coupled with each thin film transistor through the via holes; a pixel definition film formed on the planarization film to cover each via hole and an edge of each pixel electrode; counter electrodes opposed to the pixel electrodes; and an organic film having a light-emitting layer between the pixel electrode and the counter electrode. Each via hole is formed farthest from a boundary between a light-emitting part arranged adjacent to a periphery of each via hole and not covered with the pixel definition film of each pixel electrode and the pixel definition film.
