Abstract:
The invention relates to an organic LED (OLED) display structure and manufacturing method thereof. The said OLED display structure comprises a substrate, an electrode layer formed on the substrate, an OLED structure formed on the electrode layer, a transparent conductive layer formed on top of the OLED structure, a distributed Bragg reflection layer on top of the transparent conductive layer and a light scattering layer formed on top of the distributed Bragg reflector. The manufacturing method of the said OLED display structure forms a plurality of scattering layers with small bulge on surface using deposition method on the said distributed Bragg reflection layer or forms a scattering layer on the said distributed Bragg reflector with polymer material doped with tiny particles to scatter light.
