Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic polycyclic aromatic compound applicable for organic electronics devices such as an organic EL element, an organic solar cell element, an organic transistor element or a photoelectric conversion element, especially a material having high and sufficient requirement performances such as positive hole or electron leak prevention property, heat resistance to process temperature and visible light transparency as a material for various organic electronics devices such as the photoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: There is provided an organic polycyclic aromatic compound represented by the formula (1), where Rto Rare each independently H, aryl, alkyl, cycloalkyl, a halogen atom, hydroxy, nitro, amino, carbamoyl or the like and at least one of Rto Ris aryl having F.SELECTED DRAWING: None
