Abstract:

To obtain an organic polymer composition capable of promoting an adhesion reaction between materials by a firm chemical bond, eliminating factors to destroy the chemical bond, maintaining physical properties stable in change with time, suppressing interfacial elimination of an inorganic particle in frictional resistance and reducing the content of a mixed composition having an unfavorable influence on human body in the organic polymer composition.

This organic polymer composition has a firm chemical bond between an organic polymer and an inorganic filler. The total content of the inorganic filler is ≥20 pts.wt. and ≤300 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the organic polymer. The content of a transferable chemical is ≤1 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the organic polymer. The content of a coupling agent is ≥0.2 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the organic polymer.
