PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel liquid crystalline material capable of controlling solution viscosity, thermal stability after coating and the like.SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor composition comprises a mixing system of a plurality of π electron condensed-ring compounds which have the same π electron condensed-ring and substituents having different chain lengths, in which molecules are arranged to form a layered structure.
