Abstract:
To uniformly dry the waste of foods such as vegetables containing much water to drying in a short period of time.
The organic waste drying system is provided with: a pulverizing device 3 of pulverizing organic waste largely containing water, so as to be slurry; a storing device 4 of storing the slurry pulverized by the pulverizing device 3; a pump carrying device 5 of quantitatively carrying the slurry stored in the storing device; and a drying device 6 of drying the slurry carried by the pump carrying device 5, and, in the drying device, moisture comprised in the slurry is evaporated, and a solid component is dried to a prescribed dryness.
