To provide a tape used for mutually laminating bases to prevent the occurrence of trouble in the bases caused by the protrusion of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a manufacturing method of a transparent layer for an optical data recording medium using the tape.
In the tape for mutually laminating the bases in a case that the bases becoming a base material film are fed and hard coating layers are formed on the bases to the transparent layer for the optical data recording medium and the manufacturing method of the transparent layer for the optical data recording medium using the tape, the tape has a sheetlike tape base material, the pressure-sensitive adhesive part formed on one side of the tape base material and the non-pressure-sensitive adhesive part provided to all of the edge parts of the tape base material and the pressure-sensitive adhesive part is formed to the region excepting the non-adhesive part so as to be prevented from protruding at the time of the lamination to the bases.
