Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the original plate for forming fine patterns which has excellent durability and can repeatedly form the fine patterns on a workpiece with high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: A masking layer 3 having an insulating characteristic is formed in prescribed patterns on the front surface of a substrate 2 at least the front surface of which exhibits an electrical conductivity. A release resin layer 4 is formed to cover this masking layer 3 and the part where the masking layer is not formed to form the original plate.
