Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a negative type photopolymerizable original plate for a planographic printing plate which has high sensitivity, excellent in printing durability and scumming resistance, which does not cause the skipping of thin lines and highlight even when ink on the plate surface is removed with a plate cleaner or printing is carried out in large quantities and in which direct laser writing is possible.
SOLUTION: The original plate has a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer containing an alkali-soluble urethane binder having at least one ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable group at an end, a compound having an addition polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated double bond and a titanocene compound on an aluminum substrate.
