Title:
OSCILLATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6451818
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a frequency stabilizing means, in which the oscillation frequency is not affected by parameter spread, by feeding back a voltage between both terminals of a reference element on a 2nd current branch to a 1st current branch. CONSTITUTION: A frequency stabilizing means FS is provided with a 1st current branch CB1, 2nd current branch CB 2, the almost same reference element REFEL as a switching element SWEL, resistor R, feedback circuit network FBM between the 1st and 2nd current branches, bias current source RCS for supplying a current I1 , and control means CM with which a current I2 equal to a current I0 flows through the 2nd current branch CB2 (while fixing the ratio of currents I1 and I0 ). The current to be supplied to the resistor R is regulated by the feedback circuit network so that the condition of current I2 =I0 can be led out by the reference element REFEL. Thus, the cycle of oscillation becomes independent of the temperature, supplied voltage and parameter spread generated in manufacture processing.
