The outdoor-type public water closet system 101 includes: a water closet unit 102 which is installed on the partial lot of outdoor public places, facilities, etc.; a water resource device 103 for the toilet which supplies required water to the water closet unit 102; a septic tank 104 which purifies and discharges the filthy water discharged from the water closet unit 102; a wind generator unit 106 which comprises a vertical-axis and vertical-vane windmill and a co-axial reversing coreless-type generator; and power supply equipment 105 utilizing the natural energy which is constituted as a hybrid type combined with photovoltaic generation equipment 107, and supplies required electric power to the water closet unit 102, the septic tank 104 and the water resource device 103.
