Abstract:
To provide a device for anyone to simply cook pieces of baked sweet potato by heating at a time twice as many pieces of potato as those in a conventional method without overturning work in the middle.
The oven for baking sweet potato includes an opening and a convention tube on each rack for placing pieces of sweet potato and a body with a closed top and an exhaust on the bottom. The rack for baking the potato consists of a punching metal plate having open holes. The racks are formed of drawers with two stages.
