To provide a portable folding toilet using a Japanese cedar material from Miyazaki.

The folding toilet is formed in rectangular box shape. Long side plates and short side plates forming a pedestal are connected by hinges respectively. An arm is mounted to one end inside the short side plate, and magnets are installed embedded in an outside center part of the short side plate arm and in an inside center part of one end of the long side plate which are in contact when assembled. A sordes bag is wound around an elliptic wire ring and fixed to a toilet seat of lid shape hollowed out in elliptic shape and mounted with a wooden frame, and a trapezoidal splash preventing implement is set.
