Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain temperature environment at a constant temperature by preventing propagation of hot air to a front side of an apparatus, which follows high temperature atmosphere in an oven apparatus, so that the inside of kitchen, store, or the like is not exposed to the hot air.SOLUTION: An oven body 1 in which an object to be cooked is heated and baked by a heat source arranged inside, for opening/closing by an opening/closing door 2 provided on a front side, is arranged at an appropriate number of stages along the vertical direction. On the front surface side of the oven body 1, a heat exhaust mechanism 40 is provided which exhausts hot air effused from the front side of the oven body 1. The heat exhaust mechanism 40 includes a heat insulation space chamber 41 provided in front of a heat insulation material part 10 provided at a back of the opening/closing door 2, a hot air guide chamber 34 which communicates with the heat insulation space chamber 41 vertically and is provided at a front side portion of a lower cover 30 arranged on the front side of the oven body 1, and an exhaust chamber 45 which covers the heat insulation space chamber 41 in the oven body 1 arranged at a top stage, for exhausting the hot air to the outside. Further, a heat insulation air layer is formed at a peephole 20 of a front side plate 4.
