A arbitray plural apparatuses out of a radio navigation positioning apparatus 100, a radar device 200, fish finder 300, facsimile receiver 400, radio broadcasting receiver 500, photographing device 600, course measuring device 700 and map device 800 are installed to monitor the navigation environment. A photographing device is installed additionally, and images which are obtained by one or plural arbitray information signals obtained from a navigation environment monitoring device are displayed on one display face 1150. An automatic steering device, which is controlled by steering information obtained on the basis of one or plural information signals, is installed as a navigation control device. The same selection and display is performed on one display face which is arranged separately in a position separated from the display part 1150. An information processing and display control device, which can perform a selection and display in a state where all navigation environment monitoring devices are installed in advance is installed, and the remaining arbitray apparatuses are added whenever necessary.
