PURPOSE: To provide an overturning preventive device which can be easily used as an overhang member of an overturning preventive object and can be used as an antislipping member be being housed and arranged in the bottom area of an apparatus.

CONSTITUTION: An overturning preventive device is composed of an installing surface protective member 5, a plate-shaped member 3 where the installing surface protective member 5 is attached to and installed on an under surface and a small screw 4 to lock and install the plate-shaped member 3 on a bottom surface of the overturning preventive object 1, and the plate-shaped member is locked on and installed in a desired position by being screw-fitted to plural screw holes arranged on a bottom surface of the overturning preventive object.
